HAAG Certified Commercial Inspector
Certified in assessing damage to all major types of commercial (low-slope and flat) roofing systems. Well versed in inspection safety, roof area calculations, codes and industry standards, and weather characteristics. Extensive knowledge in the manufacture, installation, weathering, hail damage, wind damage, maintenance, mechanical damage, and repair costs. Including but not limited to: built-up roofing, polymer-modified bitumen roofing, thermoplastic single-ply roofs (PVC and TPO), thermoset plastic single-ply roofs (EPDM, CSPE, PIB), SPF roofing, metal roofing, vegetated (green) roofing, low-slope roofing components, and roof coatings.
HAAG Certified Residential Inspector
Certified and highly proficient with all major types of residential (steep-slope) roofs. Extensive knowledge in how hail and wind interact with roofing, inspection safety techniques, roof area calculations, and applicable codes. Maintains a comprehensive understanding of manufacture, installation, weathering, hail damage, wind damage, maintenance, mechanical damage, and repair costs for each major roofing type — composition, wood shingle/shake, concrete and clay tile, asbestos, fiber cement, and various synthetic, slate, and metal roofing types.
Certified Asbestos Abatement Supervisor/Contractor
We are certified to supervise asbestos abatement and coordinate the activities of workers who are engaged in removing asbestos from walls, floors, ceilings & other structures. Including review of job specifications, inspecting work sites & conferring with contracting agents to evaluate the removal projects.
Certified Asbestos Air Monitor Technician
We are certified in performing asbestos air monitoring and visual inspections during asbestos abatement projects. We are tasked with the calibration of field monitoring equipment and taking personal air samples and area air samples; assessing indoor air quality to ensure the safety of the asbestos abatement workers and property owner.
